Structural Engineering - Related Organizations and Vendors:
The National Council of Structural Engineers Associations offers the following benefits to Associate/Affiliate members, beginning with the membership year, extending from September 1, 2008 to August 31, 2009:
- One free seminar announcement on the NCSEA website, for up to one month, per calendar year.
- The opportunity to author a ¼ page, newsworthy article for NCSEA News, once per calendar year, subject to editing & approval by the NCSEA Executive Director.
- Up to 10 copies of STRUCTURE each month.
- Your organization or company name listed once each year, in a listing of Associate and Affiliate Member names in Structural Connection, NCSEA’s quarterly Member Organization Newsletter.
- Periodic appearance in a banner on the NCSEA website, recognizing Associate/Affiliate Members. See www.ncsea.com.
- Link from your organization or company name, on the NCSEA website, to your website.
- Appearance in a listing of all Associate and Affiliate Member names, once per year, in STRUCTURE Magazine.
- Non-voting membership on an NCSEA Committee (does not include NCSEA Code Advisory Committee).
- The opportunity to send one or more mailings to NCSEA membership, provided the mailing includes one or more NCSEA announcements of its seminars or other meetings. Subject to the discretion of the NCSEA Executive Director.
- For Commercial Associate Members: One hour seminar reviewed free for possible Diamond Review accreditation.
The cost of NCSEA Associate Membership is $1000 for commercial organizations and $500 for noncommercial (code organizations). Associate Members are invited, nationally recognized organizations associated with the practice of structural engineering, regardless of location and membership.
The cost of NCSEA Affiliate Membership is $500. Affiliate Members are invited parties who provide supplies or services to structural engineers, including vendors of structural engineering applications software, insurance and structural products used for construction.

Sustaining Members...
Sustaining Members are structural engineering firms, firms that employ structural engineers, or individual professional engineers practicing structural engineering.
Associate Members...
Associate Members consist of nationally recognized bodies that are associated with the practice of structural engineering, regardless of location and membership, who are invited and approved for this status by the Board of Directors.
Affiliate Members...
Affiliate Members include all others who may be invited and approved for this status by the Board of Directors.
